1.
I've been running for so long, God only knows from what. I've been searching for a home, Instead I found a rut. But I know what I saw when I looked in your eyes: An affection that made the wrong seem right. Hey, yeah, we all want to live our lives. Hey, yeah, we need an end to all this strife. Hey, yeah. I've been lying for so long, I can only guess at why. Honesty was my only goal but I guess you have to try. I have learned that all the world's a stage, But how do we know what role we need to play? Oh, how I wanted you, But what do we have when all our dreams come true? I said what do we have when all our dreams come true.
2.
I don't understand why I came so far, Just to pretend that I didn't want you. I know I've got a few loose ends, But can we tie them up tonight? Be my angel, under cover, Be the one for me. You're the reason that I'm smiling, The only one I can see.

Fond Memory 02:26
It's been so long since I looked into your eyes, Since we sat together and watched the sunrise, Now and then, I think back to those times, When we had each other and all was fine. If it's all in the plan, I'll be your man, Live life with love as my law. If I don't understand then I'll still hold your hand, I've waited for this time for oh so long.
4.
This was all foretold in a dream, Impossible as it may seem, That you were meant for me, That he would fail to see, How could we deny destiny? Tell me now, where does your love go? Why'd I have to be the last to know? (I don't know) Everything that is was meant to be, Hang around a while and you will see, But if you choose to go, The fault will be your own, It's the price you pay to leave your safety zone. Tell me what you ever saw in me? Could I be a part of your story? (Our story)
5.
A decision made once could haunt you, A decision made twice could end you, A choice once made could choose you, A path once followed could change your life. Our memories will bury us yet, Try as we might we can't forget. A world in dreams seems better today, A pointless now so let's throw it away. All we do is all we know, Trying to hide it but somehow it shows: It's the only road you'll ever choose, You're stuck in being you.
6.
I can't fight this feeling when it comes from so deep within, And I can't see you losing, so I guess that I'm letting you win. The heart doesn't always want what the mind knows to be real. I may never see you again, but at least you'll know how I feel. So how do we know when to let go? Whether to stay or admit we just don't know? How do I know what you're feeling, If I said it was real, would it have any meaning? It's hard to decipher the roads we all must take, It's tough just to realize the bonds we need to break. So if I'm who you want, please just give me a sign. If I'm what you really need, would you choose to be mine? Won't you come with me? I've got what it takes for you to be happy again. Do you still miss me? There was a time when I called you my only friend. I can't see leaving here without you, I know I'm not letting you go. I won't ever stop thinking about you, This time moves way too slow. I can't say it to you, so I put it in a song. I won't see through you, you've been in my thoughts too long.
